Embodying leadership with Ieva Kelpsaite

I’ve been touched by Ieva’s abilities as a community leader. She has also been the most trustful partner I could ever have in Dance in Conversation. Honouring International Women’s Day.

If there is someone who knows one or two things about leading a community with a strong core and care for others, that is Ieva. She is a leader who radiates energy, love and makes people feel part of something valuable.

I met Ieva in a face to face event she was hosting in central London back in 2019. I was impressed by her presence and the concepts she conveyed through tango exercises and group conversations.

In those events, related to movement and relationships, she managed to create an atmosphere of trust, inspiring people to share views and even more personal feelings in a safe space.

This writing is biased of course. Not only I’ve been touched by her abilities as a community leader. She has also been the most trustful partner I could ever have in Dance in Conversation, a project we founded together last year.

This is just my first-hand experience of Ieva’s ability to touch other people’s lives.

Three workshops

Ieva has been, without knowing, redefining leadership in the best possible sense. And now, in collaboration with the tango maestro Marcelo Gutierrez, she is offering to share her insights about what it means to tap into your inner resources, create a presence and work creatively with others.

I am inviting you to register for these three workshops, offering unique knowledge and insights that you will hardly find elsewhere.

The workshops are not free, as the effort of putting them together has been immense. Ieva and Marcelo have spent months trying to create a great experience for participants.

Have a look at the descriptions. You can choose one, two or all three workshops. Each one builds upon the next one.

Don’t miss your chance.

At heart, I am a story-teller. As a creative writer and designer, I tell stories on the web, on paper, and sometimes I scribble random lines on the dance floor.
